Cleaning and disinfection of premises aims to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace / school environment.
Although these risks depend in part on the likelihood of being within one meter of other people, of having frequent physical contact with people who may be infected with COVID-19, of being in contact with contaminated surfaces and objects and by transmission between individuals by postilions (sneezing, coughing) and by contact (with the mouth, nose, or mucous membranes of the eyes). Disinfecting your room is more than important, given its public condition.
This is how it works
Clean and disinfect surfaces
Floors should be cleaned every day after using the premises. Surfaces in permanent contact with the hands must be disinfected at least once a day after using the premises: door handles, switches, computer desks, seats, etc.
For more efficiency, the cleaning and disinfection of the premises should be carried out in the absence of the public.
For the disinfection of specific surfaces such as: door handles, switches, computer desks, seats, etc. bleach diluted in plain water can very quickly do the trick, i.e. 1.5l of bleach in 4 liters of water. Otherwise, disinfectant products / wipes meeting standard NF 14476 can be used as a replacement.
Note: Use different material for the sanitary facilities.
Allow your room to dry before opening it to the public.
Textiles should be washed regularly to remove viruses that may be in them. Don’t forget to add a classic rubbing off to the care of textiles.
Since the humidity in an environment increases, when the presence of people is high at this level, it is advisable to ventilate the room to reduce the ambient humidity and any viral load that may be present as much as possible.
NB: Ventilate your premises at least twice a day by opening the windows and doors for 15 minutes for each opening.
However, if you feel unable to correctly and regularly apply these hygiene rules, do not hesitate to call a cleaning company, which will be able to apply the necessary treatment in the face of this health crisis. There you have it, with these tips for cleaning and disinfecting premises in the environment, you have everything you need to avoid being contaminated with Covid 19.
